This two-hour, in-person workshop provides instructor-supervised skills practice related to botulinum toxin and dermal filler services for eligible licensed medical professionals who have completed the required online foundation course. Registration is subject to credential review, lawful scope, required orders or physician delegation, supervision arrangements, and model approval. Attendance does not independently authorize injection practice or guarantee clinical competency.
Workshop focus
- Structured review of consultation, facial assessment, consent, documentation, and treatment planning
- Instructor demonstration and guided practice limited to the approved session scope
- Product handling, aseptic preparation, aftercare, and recognition of urgent warning signs
- Instructor feedback and identification of skills requiring additional supervised practice
Participant requirements
- Completion of Botulinum Toxin & Dermal Filler Foundations before the workshop
- An active, unrestricted professional license appropriate to the selected activity
- Verification of state scope, prescriptive order or physician delegation, required supervision, facility policy, and professional-liability coverage
- Submission of requested credentials and documents before the appointment is confirmed
Model and product policy
Participants may provide an adult model, but every model must complete intake and consent requirements and be approved in advance. Treatment suitability, product choice, dose or volume, and whether any procedure proceeds remain clinical decisions made within the approved training environment. A separate reduced product fee applies to botulinum toxin, dermal filler, and clinical supplies used during the session.
Important limitations
Only authentic, lawfully obtained products may be used. Dermal filler injection carries rare but serious risks, including vascular occlusion, tissue injury, vision loss, and stroke; participants must have an appropriate emergency and referral plan before performing these services in practice. This workshop does not grant licensure, certification, prescriptive authority, or a guarantee of competency, patient outcomes, employment, or business results. No-shows and late cancellations are handled under the posted refund and cancellation policy.
