This two-hour, in-person workshop provides instructor-supervised skills practice for eligible RNs, NPs, and PAs who have completed the required Laser & Aesthetic Procedures online course. Participation is subject to credential review, legal scope, required orders or delegation, supervision arrangements, and model approval. Attendance does not by itself establish independent clinical competency or authorization to perform any procedure.
Workshop focus
- Review of safety checks, consultation, treatment-area preparation, and documentation
- Instructor demonstration and guided practice related to the approved device or modality
- Discussion of parameter selection, contraindications, treatment endpoints, aftercare, and complication response
- Individual feedback and identification of skills that require further supervised practice
Participant requirements
- Completion of the corresponding NP Blueprint online laser and aesthetic foundations course
- Active, unrestricted RN, NP, or PA credentials and any additional authorization required for the selected service
- Verification that the planned activity fits the participant’s state law, scope, orders or delegation, supervision, employer policy, and professional-liability coverage
- Submission of requested documents before the appointment is confirmed
Model and supply policy
Participants may be asked to provide an adult model. Every model must complete intake and consent requirements and be approved in advance for clinical suitability and training safety. Model acceptance and the services performed remain at the instructor’s discretion. A separate model or product fee may apply to consumables, supplies, and device use.
Important limitations
Hands-on participation is limited to activities that are lawful, clinically appropriate, and approved for that session. The workshop is educational and does not grant a license, board authorization, manufacturer credential, prescriptive authority, or guarantee of competency, employment, patient outcomes, or business results. Additional supervised practice or device-specific manufacturer training may be required. No-shows and late cancellations are handled under the posted refund and cancellation policy.
