Clear terms for courses, mentorship, and launch services
Refund, Cancellation & Service Fulfillment Policy
This policy explains when payments become earned for online courses, digital products, mentorship, and done-for-you practice-launch services. It does not limit any non-waivable right provided by applicable law.
Courses and digital products
Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in writing on a specific offer, online courses, downloadable files, templates, eBooks, recordings, memberships, and other digital products are final sale once access is granted, the product is delivered, or a download link is made available.
A purchaser’s decision not to log in, complete a course, download a file, implement the material, or continue using available access does not make the product undelivered and does not create a right to a refund.
Educational products do not guarantee licensure, credentialing, practice approval, revenue, patient volume, employment, clinical outcomes, or any other result. Dissatisfaction with an outcome is not a basis for a refund when the purchased product was delivered as described.
Before purchasing
Please review the description, curriculum, format, prerequisites, software or device requirements, access period, and included support before purchasing. Contact us with questions before checkout.
You are responsible for confirming that an offering is appropriate for your professional role, jurisdiction, goals, and technical environment.
Technical issues and delivery problems
If you cannot access a purchase, contact us promptly so we can verify the order and provide reasonable technical assistance.
If we are unable to deliver the purchased product after a reasonable opportunity to correct the issue, we may provide replacement access, an account credit, or a refund at our discretion or as required by law.
Verified duplicate charges and unauthorized transactions will be reviewed and corrected when appropriate.
Mentorship, strategy sessions, and consulting
Fees are earned and nonrefundable as mentorship or consulting work is rendered. Rendered work includes a completed live session, a delivered review or recommendation, written feedback, planning or research completed for the customer, and any other completed milestone identified in the offer.
A scheduled session may be rescheduled once when the customer gives at least 48 hours’ notice, unless the offer states a different rule. Late cancellations and no-shows may be treated as delivered because the professional time was reserved and could not reasonably be reassigned.
If a customer ends a prepaid mentorship before all work is rendered, fees for completed work and noncancelable expenses remain earned. Any treatment of the unperformed balance is governed by the signed offer-specific agreement and applicable law.
Practice-launch, paperwork, website, and credentialing services
Done-for-you services are divided into milestones in the applicable proposal or statement of work. A deposit becomes earned as onboarding, discovery, audit, information organization, or other stated initial work begins. Each later milestone payment becomes earned and nonrefundable when that milestone is completed or made available for review.
Government filing fees, payer fees, license fees, domain and hosting charges, software, premium assets, postage, and other third-party expenses are nonrefundable once paid or committed on the customer’s behalf.
Customer-caused delays, incomplete or inaccurate information, failure to approve work, a changed business plan, a closed payer panel, a third-party denial, or a government or payer processing delay does not create a refund right for work already rendered.
If we cancel a service and cannot provide a paid, unperformed milestone, we will refund the amount allocated to that unperformed milestone, less completed work and nonrefundable third-party expenses, unless a signed agreement or applicable law requires a different result.
Changes, pauses, and expanded scope
Requests outside the purchased scope, additional states, additional providers or payer applications, extra website pages or revisions, new integrations, rework caused by changed instructions, and work required after a third-party rejection may require a written change order and additional fee.
If the customer pauses a project, the team will reasonably preserve completed work, but schedules and personnel availability may change. A restart fee may apply if stated in the signed agreement.
Subscriptions and payment plans
Canceling a recurring plan, where offered, stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund charges already processed or fees already earned unless required by law or stated in the offer.
A payment plan divides the purchase price; it does not convert a fixed-scope package into a month-to-month service unless the signed agreement expressly says so. Amounts due for work already rendered remain payable.
Charge questions
Before initiating a payment dispute, please email admin@theblueprintnp.com with the purchaser name, order number, purchase date, and a description of the issue so we can investigate.
