The agreement for using our platform
Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your access to https://theblueprintnp.com and the courses, digital products, mentorship, consultations, administrative filing support, website design, credentialing coordination, and other services offered by The NP Blueprint Academy. By using the site or purchasing an offering, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding login credentials, and activity under your account.
Course and product access is personal to the purchaser unless the applicable offer expressly states otherwise.
Educational purpose and professional responsibility
Our content is educational and informational. It is not medical care, diagnosis, treatment, legal advice, accounting advice, tax advice, or a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.
Healthcare laws, scope-of-practice rules, licensing requirements, business regulations, and payer requirements vary by jurisdiction and change over time. You are solely responsible for confirming and complying with requirements that apply to you and your practice.
Completing a course does not guarantee licensure, certification, credentialing, business approval, income, employment, patient outcomes, or any particular result.
Purchases and access
Prices, included materials, access periods, prerequisites, and delivery details are shown on the applicable sales or checkout page and are incorporated into these terms.
You authorize the displayed charges and agree to provide current billing information. Taxes may be added where required. Access may be delayed or suspended when a payment is reversed, disputed, or cannot be verified.
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund, Cancellation & Service Fulfillment Policy and any offer-specific written terms shown before purchase.
Mentorship and consulting services
Mentorship and consulting provide education, feedback, planning support, and accountability. They do not create a professional-client relationship in medicine, law, accounting, tax, insurance, or any other regulated profession.
You remain responsible for decisions, implementation, legal and regulatory compliance, patient care, financial commitments, and the results of your practice. Mentorship does not guarantee that you will open a practice, obtain approval, earn revenue, attract patients, or achieve any other outcome.
A session, document review, written recommendation, planning deliverable, or other agreed milestone is considered rendered when delivered or made available. Fees earned for rendered work are nonrefundable except where applicable law or a signed agreement requires otherwise.
Practice-launch and administrative filing support
Practice-launch services are limited to the scope stated in the applicable proposal or statement of work. Services may include project coordination, information gathering, completion of customer-directed forms, submission support, status tracking, website design, and credentialing coordination.
We are not a law firm and do not select a legal entity, interpret laws, provide legal opinions, or make legal, tax, accounting, clinical, or regulatory decisions for you. When a question requires professional judgment, you must consult a qualified attorney, accountant, compliance professional, insurer, or licensing advisor.
You are responsible for choosing your business structure and clinical model, reviewing every filing and application, confirming accuracy, supplying complete information on time, and personally signing or attesting when required. Government, payer, licensing, hosting, domain, software, and other third-party charges are separate unless the written offer expressly includes them.
Credentialing and enrollment coordination
Credentialing support may include document collection, CAQH profile support, NPI or PECOS coordination, payer application preparation, submission tracking, and follow-up within the purchased scope.
Credentialing, contracting, enrollment, network participation, reimbursement rates, effective dates, and processing times are controlled by third parties. We do not guarantee acceptance, panel availability, approval, a particular effective date, reimbursement, or completion by a requested opening date.
A payer or agency may request additional information, require direct action from you, close a panel, change requirements, or deny an application. Those events do not mean the contracted coordination work was not rendered.
Website-design services
Website deliverables, page count, functionality, content responsibilities, revision rounds, hosting, maintenance, accessibility work, privacy or compliance features, and target dates will be stated in the applicable proposal or statement of work.
You are responsible for timely approvals, accurate claims, rights to supplied content, and professional review of clinical, legal, privacy, advertising, and accessibility requirements. Search rankings, traffic, patient bookings, sales, uninterrupted hosting, and compatibility with every device or third-party service are not guaranteed.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, domain registration, hosting, premium software, stock assets, payment processing, ongoing maintenance, content updates, and third-party subscriptions are not included.
Statements of work and customer cooperation
For mentorship and done-for-you services, the signed proposal, order form, or statement of work controls the scope, milestones, schedule, payment plan, revision limits, customer responsibilities, and offer-specific cancellation terms. If it conflicts with these general terms, the signed offer-specific agreement controls for that service.
Timelines are estimates and depend on timely customer information and approvals and on third-party processing. Customer delays, incomplete information, changed scope, or third-party review may extend the schedule and may require a change order or additional fee.
License and intellectual property
All site content and course materials are owned by or licensed to The NP Blueprint Academy and are protected by intellectual-property laws. A purchase grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your personal professional education.
You may not copy, publish, sell, sublicense, share login access, distribute course files, record protected sessions, remove notices, create derivative commercial products, or use the materials to train an artificial-intelligence system without written permission.

We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, security risks, fraud, abuse, nonpayment, or conduct that harms the platform or its community.
Testimonials and results
Testimonials describe individual experiences and do not guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results. Outcomes depend on many factors, including experience, location, effort, implementation, market conditions, and compliance obligations.
Any material relationship with an endorser will be disclosed where required.
Third-party services and links
The site may link to or integrate with third-party services. Their terms and privacy practices govern your use of those services. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or conduct.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and offerings are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The NP Blueprint Academy and its owners, personnel, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or professional decisions made using the content. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The NP Blueprint Academy and its owners, personnel, and service providers from third-party claims, losses, and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the site, violation of these terms, infringement of rights, or professional or business activities.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing a claim, the parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve it informally. Any proceeding will be brought in a court with appropriate jurisdiction in Texas unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Questions may be sent to admin@theblueprintnp.com.
